Job Description

  • To keep the office environment positive, and comfortable in conducting employee engagement .
  • Address employee queries on issues related to compensation and labor regulations, and all other relevant topics .
  • Manage and oversee the whole recruiting and hiring process .
  • Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees, schedule management conferences with employees, hear and resolve employee grievances, counsel employees and supervisors .
  • Preparing a joining toolkit for new employees .
  • Calculating incentives for eligible employees and maintaining a track record of it .
  • Making sure that the rules and regulations of the organization are followed by every employee .
  • Handling and conducting events onboarding and offboarding properly .

Key Responsibility Areas

  • Preparing recruitment tracker .
  • Coordinate with employees regarding their attendance via mail .
  • Have to maintain contact with selected candidates and need to complete all the procedures and documentation to be done .
  • Preparing for employees pre - onboarding, onboarding, and post-boarding plan .
  • Maintaining daily attendance, Leaves, etc tracker update of all the employees .
  • To ensure all employee details are up-to-date and confidential, maintain all the required documents of the employee in the HR folder .
  • Prepare a monthly payroll sheet and get approval from higher authorities .
  • Make an induction plan before onboarding every new employee .
  • Preparing HR letter and email template .
  • Developing JDs and SOPs for all of the hiring purposes .
  • Coordinating with candidates before onboarding .
  • Plan induction for new joiners and coordinate the same with hiring managers to add their points .
  • Make all the arrangements for employees before joining like IT assets, seating arrangements, employee buddy, etc .
  • Ensure that the new hire orientation process properly introduces new employees to the corporate culture .
  • Probation Confirmation information is to be sent to the employee -On the day of confirmation with a confirmation letter .
  • Designing programs to reward employees for accomplishments and motivate them to continue performing at a high level .
  • Designing programs and procedures to ensure that all candidates, employees, and customers are treated fairly and without discrimination .
  • Employee engagement – in-house events celebrations, festivals Preparing employee motivation plan .
  • Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training Programs .
  • Take care of the Full N Final settlement of employees .
  • Online reputation management using different portals like LinkedIn, Google Reviews, etc .

Qualifications

  • B.MS / MBA in HR or any similar qualification
