Be the brand ambassador for all brands represented .
Follows the sales process with prospective franchisees thoroughly .
Should be able to Travel Pan India only if required .
Should be able find or suggest Property, Legal View, Layout, Hiring, Training and Marketing plan also make sure Successful Launch .
Executes monthly and yearly sales objectives with regular tracking and progress reports .
Works closely with the Senior vice president or Managing Director of Franchise Development on strategic initiatives to achieve goals .
Able to build awareness in respective territories for the brand represented .
Finalize the Project for each Franchise and guiding/explaining ROI to them, helping out to the franchise-owner to set up the Business Unit (Salon Academy) .
Provide tools to assist in achieving goals .
Key Responsibility Areas
Accountable for generating leads over the calls with potential prospective clients .
You will be probing the B2C & B2B clients over the calls such as Location they want to open the
Business, Stores, Capacity of Investment, How soon you want to start .
Once you have got the information you will start pitching or explaining the products we have,
Explain why FTV and arrange Virtual Meeting with Senior Management for better explaining the
products we Offer .
You should be well versed in creating an impact for multiple different cities Franchise Partners .
Should have excellent communication skills/ presentation skills to convey potential online
distribution/ sales over cities to Franchise Partners .

Qualifications
Graduate in Business Management or a related field is desired.
