Creating & maintaining process guideline documents. Creating SOP for internal team processes. Creating escalation and approval matrix. Doing checks and possible analysis to remove process loop holes and flaws to ensure a streamline process flow. Handling MIS for multiple process/departments. Monitoring new sales deals, verifying them once they get entered into system by sales team. Sharing regular feedback to agents on adherence, break timings, process protocols. Maintaining Service Level, Scheduling agent as per requirements to get max utilization. New Project Process maintenance and update. Lead Report generation and process maintenance. Product activation and deactivation. Other day to day task for process and data sanity. Lead package and delivery process maintenance. Ad hoc activities. Rectifying issues if any, new updates in any pre listed project Generating Lead report as per request to ensure satisfaction.
