Drafting and Vetting of Agreements & Contracts for the company. SPL in agreements like franchise(optional), License, Distribution. Look from all the legal aspects of the Company. Preparing Leave & License Agreements, Side letters, Deeds, Contracts etc. Drafting Agreement for Sale, Deed of Transfer, Power of Attorney, Will, Leave and License Agreement, Declaration cum Indemnity, Public Notices, etc. Coordinating with Clients. Preparing and reviewing legal documents. Identify, anticipate & mitigate legal risk in the legal documentation. Excellent drafting & negotiating skills. Drafting Legal notices, Reply, Complaints etc. Handle all non-litigation matters.

Job Description

Handle all litigation matters. Drafting from scratch unit the filing of the Complaint/Plaint/Appeal/Write and all the Ancillary Applications under provision of Law before the appropriate forum, Court,tribunal as the stage and nature of case may be. Assisting and Briefing Senior Councils for Preparing of Arguments and Cross Examination in Court Proceedings, Assisting them with the Research of the various Relevant Judgments for the matter of the firm. Independently representing and defending in various for Criminal proceedings in MM Court of Andheri, Vasai, Borivali, Bandra, Girgaon, Thane, Bhiwandi and Pune Appeared before Sessions Court in Mumbai Region and for Appeals/Writes in Bombay High Court. Visiting Various Police Stations for the purpose of Co-ordinating pretaining to ongoing matters. SPL in agreements like franchise(optional), License, Distribution.
