Induction on HR practices, grade mapping, compensation structure alignment, designing the org structure and one point of contact for all HR queries .
Advising, guiding, mentoring, supporting all staff & managers; providing high level people management & development support across the network for the sales function .
Dealing with complex/sensitive day-to-day people management issues including terminations, disciplinary procedures .
Managing the additions/ modifications as per employee requirements on Success Factors .
Exit formalities and interviews .
