Job Description

  • Overlooking Talent acquisition for the HR team of the broadcast and Digital businesses .
  • Partnering with people in developing staffing strategies and succession planning activities .
  • This also includes job definition, job enlargement & rotations, selection & negotiation, retention, compensation, mobility, transfers, exit strategies & promoting employee development .
  • Induction on HR practices, grade mapping, compensation structure alignment, designing the org structure and one point of contact for all HR queries .
  • Advising, guiding, mentoring, supporting all staff & managers; providing high level people management & development support across the network for the sales function .
  • Dealing with complex/sensitive day-to-day people management issues including terminations, disciplinary procedures .
  • Managing the additions/ modifications as per employee requirements on Success Factors .
  • Exit formalities and interviews .

Key Responsibility Areas

  • The Human Resource Director will plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies For Digital Department .

Qualifications

  • MBA or Any Specialized Degree into HR
