  • Managing restaurant staff's work schedules .
  • Checking in on dining customers to enquire about food quality and service .
  • Monitoring inventory and ensuring that all food supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked .
  • Monitoring the restaurant’s cash flow and settling outstanding bills .
